Hi Karin Lacy, it is an Austrian 2 Gulden (equal to two florins or forints) piece commemorating the silver wedding (25th) anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth in 1879. This silver coin should weigh 24.69 grams and would contain .7145 of an ounce of silver. It may be worth about $15 (heavy wear) - $35 (moderate wear) - $65 (light wear)- up to $150 (if uncirculated).

    there is a portrait of what looks like them getting married. Its those two and what looks like another women and a lower class person. its very detailed too and is also sticking up about and 1/8″. the inscriptions says the residents of vienna celebrate there 25th aniversary.

    I want to get a value and to know what it is even i dont think its a coin.
