Silver Eagle Coin
Does history is only that what was in past? No. History is that we have already done notwithstanding how long ago. Stepping forward we must not forget to keep something for the history. Our history in future is what we do today.

Numismatic world is possessed by history. Every coin is more valuable by elder history it has. But as time passes there is no reason to stuck in past. Give the way for new history! The U.S. Government gave. In 1986 it has approved and issued guaranteed bullion coin - the Silver Eagle Coin. It has weight of 1.000 troy ounce and made of 999 fine silver. Alloy combination consists copper, which helps to increase durability and good condition, and it also, as well as weight and purity, guaranteed by Government.
The coin has 40,60 mm in diameter; 2,98 mm in height and the beautiful public-loving Walking Liberty designed by A. Wienman. Due to the unique mint method Silver Eagle has the reflected surfase so the picture seemed fascinating. Reverse shows the Heraldic Eagle with Shield and thirteen stars over his head designed by J. Mercanti.
The U.S. Mint produces Silver Eagle in three versions. Starting coinage at 1986, it produced American Eagle Bullion Coin and American Eagle Proof Coin. In 1995 celebrating the tenth Anniversary of Silver Eagle the U.S.Mint produced special 1995-W Proof Silver Eagle. In 2006 the Mint added one more member to the Eagle’s family - the American Silver Uncirculated Coin. And as well as ten years ago the Anniversary was noted by the boxed set of collection coins.
The Proof and Uncirculated Eagles bearing “W” mintmark was minted for collectors only. For some reasons their sales was cancelled at 2008 and now the Mint still producing bullion coins only, without “W” mintmark, which means for investors but it still be very popular among collectors too. In 2008 there were a giant number of Eagles purchased: 19, 583, 500. But according to some opinions there could possibly be the last record because of purchasing of Eagles in 2009 could not get even in comparison. But unlike purchasing the American Silver Eagle Bullion Coin breaks the records on sales. At the beginning of the year it was sold for 2 million per month. After that was a slight slump in demand and in June sale index was increased to 1 million already. That proves that the interest of collectors and numismats to the Silver Eagle Coins is still very high.
