The collectors’ coin has been released by Britain’s Royal Mint ahead of Charles’ 60th birthday on November 14. The gold crown costs 925 pounds ($1,665). The solid silver coin costs 39.95 ($72) and the nickel coin costs 9.95 ($18).
There have been 1,500 of the gold crowns issued, 20,000 of the sterling silver and 500,000 of the cupro-nickel one released.
